In the “breakthrough-scientific innovation” link, Dr. Tan brought a vivid and profound TED talk titled “Testing for 28 kinds of cancer with one tube of blood.”

Dr. Tan introduces how HymonBio’s R&D team superimposed their own patented technologies onto the Nobel Prize-winning PCR platform, which increased detection sensitivity 100-fold, verified by PerkinElmer’s North American laboratory and receiving exclusive Round A investment from them.

Their Pan-Cancer Screening Test Kit uses only 5 mL of peripheral blood sample to accurately screen for 28 high-risk, high-mortality cancers on an open-circuit PCR platform, costing only a fraction of Galleri’s of the USA.

Currently, the test kit has obtained EU CE and undergoing US FDA Breakthrough Device Designation. HymonBio had previously received FDA EUA and was the only Chinese company to be cited by the US FDA commissioner. Its technological innovation and clinical value have been highly recognized by international authorities.

This is not only a demonstration of innovative achievements, but also a transmission of health concepts. Dr. Tan emphasized in her speech that “the value of science and technology is to allow earlier health management and making it more accurate and accessible.” Her sharing triggered the audience’s deep thoughts on life and health, science and technologies, ethics and future medical treatment, and received enthusiastic feedback.

This even integrates various forms of technology roadshows, art performances, talk shows, interactive games, and much more. HymonBio will continue innovating, so that more people can receive timely intervention during precancerous lesions, and contribute scientific and technological strength to a “healthy China.”

Technology can be very cold,

But science can make it very warm.

HymonBio will remain on the path of integration.
