On April 12, HymonBio Co., Ltd. hosted an “Elite Appointment, Future Career” Open House. This event aims to enhance communication between fresh graduates and the company, accelerate early integration with candidates, further strengthen influence of HymonBio, and smooth talent recruitment channels.

The “new students” gathered together and participated in the newcomers’ meeting in the conference room. Ms. Ma Xiaojuan, Deputy General Manager of HymonBio, elaborated on the company’s development history, core technologies, and products.
Activities included leading the “new students” to delve deeper into the company and understand the work environment, and visiting the office, laboratory, production workshop, and activity lounge, so that everyone has a more intuitive understanding of the company.
Finally, the chairman of HymonBio and the technical backbone of the company held a tea party discussion with the “new students” to share their own experience, growth process, and work, to help the “new students” better transform their roles and open their minds. At the same time, by introducing new people and answering questions, we can close the distance and answer our doubts, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
